Project objective management:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve technical and operational goals;
• Adopt established methodologies and tools, ensuring the technical consistency of solutions with project specifications.

Technical verification and integration:

• Participate in technical reviews for your areas of expertise;
• Collaborate on system integration and testing at supplier sites and on board naval units;
• Support the process of defining physical and functional system requirements.

Documentation and support:

• Draft and manage technical documentation, including project specifications, integration plans, and test documentation;
• Provide technical support to project management for the evaluation of design changes and quality audits.

• Human Factors (team sizing, habitability studies, HCI and HMI studies) is considered a plus

• Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automation, Naval, Aerospace, Electronic)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS) and System Modelling tools (e.g., Rhapsody, Cameo);
• Knowledge of basic Artificial Intelligence principles;
• Good command of the English language (B2 level or higher);
• Availability to relocate and/or travel within the country.

• The gross annual salary for this position will be between €35,000 and €40,000
