Orizzonte Sistemi Navali was pleased to present the paper “Enabling Integrated Sensing and Communication on Complex Naval Platforms” at European Microwave Week, one of the leading international events dedicated to electromagnetic, RF, microwave, millimeter-wave and tera hertz technologies, held in London from 6 to 8 october 2026.
The paper outlined OSN’s innovative approach to the integrationof onboard systems on complex naval platforms, developed according to a “WholeWarship” vision, which considers the ship as an integrated andinterconnected system.
Participation in the conference provided an importantopportunity to engage with key international stakeholders in the sector,enabling the exchange of experiences, technological challenges and futureperspectives in the field of Electromagnetic Engineering (EME).
This recognition reaffirms Orizzonte Sistemi Navali’s commitmentto developing advanced expertise and innovative solutions for the design andintegration of naval systems, further strengthening the role of its CompetenceCenter & Engineering as a benchmark for technological excellence in themaritime defence sector within the Whole Warship domain.
