Orizzonte Sistemi Navali had the pleasure of presenting, as part of the activities of the Competence Center and Engineering, a contribution on the topic of integrated management of the naval vessel according to a “Whole Warship” approach at the CSER (Conference on Systems Engineering Research) organized by INCOSE, held at the University of Arlington (United States).
Participation in this conference, as well as in Syscon 2026 in Canada, represented an important opportunity to engage with leading international players on systems engineering topics, strengthening Orizzonte Sistemi Navali’s position as a system integrator of the “Whole Warship”.
During the meetings, our engineers engaged with academic and industrial stakeholders, gathering valuable insights to enhance the integrated approach to ship management throughout its entire lifecycle.
OSN’s vision is based on a “Whole Warship” approach, where value lies in the ability to ensure consistency and continuity between “as-designed”, “as-built” and “as-maintained” configurations, through an integrated framework that connects models, simulation platforms and operational tools. This enables improved configuration control, supports decision-making processes, and optimizes vessel performance during operations.
