Today in Bonn, Amendment 1 to the Integrated Logistics Support contract for the FREMM TLSM2 units (Through Life Sustainment Management) was signed. The original agreement was concluded on 24 June 2025 between Orizzonte Sistemi Navali and OCCAR. The amendment formally extends the duration of the activities and the operational capability coverage of the FREMM frigates until 31 December 2030.
With the TLSM program, support for naval units is no longer limited to reactive maintenance; it becomes a continuous, integrated, and lifecycle-oriented system. Maintenance, engineering, and logistics work together in a coordinated manner, following an approach that enhances efficiency, planning, and operational continuity.
