Today, 28 January 2026, Orizzonte Sistemi Navali signed Amendment No. 1 to Implementing Contract No. 2 for the maintenance in operational condition of the aircraft carrier Cavour and the Orizzonte-class destroyers Andrea Doria and Caio Duilio of the Italian Navy.
The signing took place at the Taranto Naval Military Arsenal and was executed by the CEO of OSN and the Arsenal’s Certifying Officer.
This contractual step confirms the continuity and strength of the collaboration between OSN and the Italian Navy, in support of operational readiness, the reliability of naval units, and the safeguarding of national strategic capabilities.
Thanks are extended to all the civilian and military professionals involved, who contribute daily to the success of complex programmes of high value for the national system.
