We are looking for a Naval System Engineer to handle the design, integration, and validation of military naval platforms, with experience in the requirements management process, from analysis and definition through to lifecycle traceability.

We are looking for a Naval System Engineer to handle the design, integration, and validation of military naval platforms, with experience in the requirements management process, from analysis and definition through to lifecycle traceability.

Activities and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Project objective management:

  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to achieve technical and operational goals;
  • Adopting established methodologies and tools, ensuring technical consistency of solutions with project specifications.

Technical verification and integration:

  • Participating in technical reviews within your areas of expertise;
  • Assisting with system integration and testing at supplier sites and on board naval vessels;
  • Supporting the process of defining physical and functional system requirements.

Documentation and support:

  • Drafting and managing technical documentation, including project specifications, integration plans, and test documentation;
  • Providing technical support to project management for the evaluation of design changes and quality audits.

Specific skills

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Naval Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS) and System Modelling tools (e.g., Rhapsody, Cameo);
  • Knowledge of basic Artificial Intelligence principles;
  • Good command of the English language (B2 level or higher);
  • Willingness to relocate and/or travel within the country.

Compensation & Benefit

  • The gross annual salary for this position will be between €35,000 and €40,000
