ILS definition and planning

• Prepare technical proposals for logistics aspects in collaboration with other engineering functions, based on the tender specifications;
• Define the technical specifications for the supportability of the primary product;
• Define, starting from the requirements, the ILS supply elements (times, costs, processes);
• Define ILS/ISS program plans and draw up related SOWs for suppliers.

Technical and program management

• Participate in program planning with the Operational Area Manager;
• Ensure the management of the ILS project (RAM T, LSA, HF, LCC) in coordination with the Project Manager;
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation actions.

Interface and governance

• Ensure the technical interface with the Customer for all ILS aspects;
• Prepare and manage Logistics Conferences and Procurement Conferences;
• Monitor performance and validate ILS supplies;
• Check the technical and temporal correspondence of the supplies.

Innovation, Reliability and Supportability

• Ensure the overall consistency of the elements of logistical support;
• Manage the impacts of obsolescence on system supportability;
• Ensure the conduct of reliability growth programs;
• Take charge of the innovation of ILS/ISS processes and the related technological and strategic implications.

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanics, Aeronautics, Naval or equivalent);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in complex system programs;
• System knowledge/use of TOOL SW in the ILS field (e.g. OPUS, SIMLOX, etc.);
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Artificial Intelligence;
• Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher);
• Willingness to transfer and/or transfers within the national territory.
